1 banana

120g mango cubes

½ lemon

Juice of 250ml Vita Coco Pure

½-1tsp turmeric (to taste)

1 tsp fresh ginger (a piece the size of your pinky fingertip)



1. Peel the ginger and add to the jug of a blender with all of the ingredients.

2. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes for a cold, thicker smoothie or more coconut water for a thinner smoothie.

3. Pour into a glass and serve.
