TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Organizer
The organizer of the competition is ALL MARKET CONSUMER SL, Calle de Muntaner, Num. 262, Planta 5º, Puerta 1º, 08021 Barcelona (hereinafter "Vita Coco" and / or "organizer" and / or "we").
2.Participation
Anyone residing in Europe, other than Spain who is 18 or older may participate. The competition is not open to employees of Vita Coco, its cooperation partners, and third-party companies involved in implementing the competition, as well as their respective families and household members. Participation is free.
Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and organizer's decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Participant is required to confirm that he/she agrees on these Terms and Conditions, and that he/she will comply with them, by ticking the box “by checking this box, I agree to the terms and conditions as set out in these Terms and Conditions.” Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Participants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by the organizer.

4. Promotion period, number of possible participants
The competition will run between 22.01.2026 until 02.02.2026. Delayed participation will not be taken into account, regardless of the reason. Only one participation is permitted per eligible person.
5. Winner Selection Mechanism and Evaluation Criteria
The promotion is offered to legal residents of any country within the EU other than Spain.
To participate, entrants must comment on the promotion post explaining: Why is your goal to run the Madrid Rock ’n’ Roll Series so special or inspiring?
The jury will review all valid entries and select the most inspirational responses.
An inspirational entry is one that shares a genuine and motivating story or perspective about running - such as a personal journey, a goal achieved through dedication, or a message that could encourage others to take up the sport -. The jury will evaluate entries based on authenticity, emotional impact, and how effectively the story reflects passion, perseverance, and the spirit of the marathon.
The jury will be conformed by 3 employees of Vita Coco‘s marketing team (Marketing Director EMEA, Digital Content Manager, Brand Manager for Spain).
Selected winners may choose whether to participate in the Half Marathon or the Full Marathon.
6. Prizes, winner and notification
One winner will be chosen from among all participants and will have the option of choosing whether to participate in the Half Marathon or the Full Marathon of Madrid. The prize includes economy flights – dates and times to be selected by Vita Coco - and a one night's accommodation on a 3 or 4 stars hotel, chosen by Vita Coco.
The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram (DM) within 2 working days of the closing date 02.02.2026 at 23:59.
The winner must respond confirming whether he/she wants to obtain the prize within 2 days. Otherwise, the prize expires and a new winner will be determined by the jury.
It is not possible to exchange the prize for a different prize (entry to a different marathon) or assignment of a profit or a possible difference as well as a cash payment are not possible.
7. Granting of prizes
The organizer will contact the winner and share the discount code along with the right documents with instructions to lock in their entry for the Half Marathon or Full Marathon (winner's choice). They will be prompted to make sure to sort their registration by 23:59 on Feb 11, 2026, to secure the spot in their name – ideally, they should give Vita Coco a heads-up once it's done.
8. End of the competition
The organizer has the right to change a competition period at any time and without prior notice or to terminate a competition without notice.
9. Exclusion from participation
Participants who participate through automated procedures or other manipulations are not permitted, as are attempts to violate the conditions of participation. Any participant who makes, publishes, or communicates any discriminatory, offensive, denigrating, or otherwise dignity‑violating comment towards Vita Coco, any individual or group shall be immediately disqualified. The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a comment falls within this prohibition and to take any additional measures deemed appropriate.
If any of these events have taken place or there is suspicion of this happening, the organizer has the right to exclude the participant from the contest, to withdraw their winnings, or to claim their prize.
10. Publicity rights
By participating in the promotion and/or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to allow the organizer and/or the organizer's designee the right to use for a period of two (2) years from the date of the end of the promotion his/her name, address (city and state/province), statements regarding the promotion and/or organizer for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes associated with this promotion, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including, but not limited to, live television, worldwide, Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by the applicable laws.
11. Responsibilities
The organizer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damage resulting from the participants' participation or communications disruptions, failures at mobile network operators, malware infections, unfair actions by third parties that gain unauthorized access to the organiser's software or hardware, as well as force majeure. In such cases, the organizer is not required to reimburse any losses incurred by the participants.
12. Data protection
The organizer will process the data provided by the participants as the data controller in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Spanish Fundamental Act 3/2018 on the protection of personal data.
The data provided by the participants to access to the promotion will be processed for the purposes of managing and administering the participation in the Promotion, including all actions necessary to ensure its proper execution.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by submitting a written request to the organizer. Participants shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD -.

13. Applicable law
Spanish law applies to this promotion.
