Raspberry layer Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 4 tbsp raspberry coulis

Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water for at least 20 minutes.

Stir the rest of the ingredients in.

 

Orange layer Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs chia seeds soaked in 1/3 cup blood orange/ orange juice
  • Zest from 1 small orange
  • 1.5 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp. coconut water
  • maple syrup to taste

Stir it up and layer it on top of the raspberry layer.
